Festival Vendor Info

Ven­dor Dead­line:  TBA — Usu­ally 2–3 weeks before fes­ti­val date. 

GENERAL VENDORS:  Arts and crafts all sorts of  things that make peo­ple happy!   Please read our Guide­lines before you call or email with ques­tions, they are part of the Reg­is­tra­tion Form.   If you are so inclined, please feel free to bring some water and bowls for our 4-legged friends attend­ing the fes­ti­val )

FOOD:  Afford­able vari­ety of  foods.  Early morn­ing Cof­fee Ven­dor is always needed.  Keep in mind while peo­ple love tra­di­tional fes­ti­val food, they are also seek­ing healthy alternatives. 

FOR THE KIDS:  Afford­able safe child rides (pony rides, inflat­a­bles, archery).

CHARITIES:  If you a bonafide char­ity, may apply for one free space to pro­mote your char­ity and you are asked to pro­vide a free child-friendly activity.
